This 1910 view shows the crowded area surrounding this classic wood depot on the Ohio River & Western Railroad, Ohio's longest lasting narrow gauge operation. The OR&W connected Zanesville with Bellaire on the Ohio River, across from Wheeling, West Virginia. Construction on this line began in 1877 and the road lasted until 1931.
