Derby, Connecticut

Derby, Connecticut stands at the confluence of the Housatonic and Naugatuck Rivers and was once one of the state's manufacturing centers. In the following cards, the first circa 1910, the second postmarked 1923, the New York, New Haven & Hartford's Derby station is pictured from days long passed. The station still stands today and is used by the regional Metro North commuter trains.
