These circa 1950s cards show the famous Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad's Zephyrs that provided service between Chicago, Minneapolis, and St. Paul, between Chicago, St. Joseph and Kansas City, and between Denver, Dallas and Ft. Worth. In the first card, the motive power was supplied by EMD's E7A & B units. The last two cards show EMD E8s taking the lead. The view from the dome cars must have been spectacular.
