The I.C.E. Railway was a short interurban line that was opened in 1909 and operated in Fulton County, Illinois. Abandoned in in 1928, the I.C.E. was another line in long list of interurbans that lost the battle with the automobile. In this circa 1920s view, we see the line's "flyer", the Fairview Limited, in happier days.
