The station in Thompsonville, Connecticut, included only a few architectural refinements such as the upper story round windows and shutters while not yielding its Yankee roots in utility and simplicity. A New York, New Haven & Hartford local has made a stop here giving us a good view of its locomotive circa 1906. The second card, circa 1910, gives us a better look at the station and its proximity to a local industry.
