As we see in these two circa 1910 postcards, the home of the Lehigh Valley Railroad in Sayre, Pennsylvania boasted as having a large yard as part of its central operating location. Here on display are all types of cars handled on a major railroad of that period including passenger cars, a caboose, gondolas, hoppers, flatcars, and boxcars. Note the camelback locomotives in the lower center and to the far right in the card below.
